Valatam is seeking a high-performance bilingual Account Executive (Outbound B2B) to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with U.S.-based clients. This is a 100% remote, full-time role for experienced sales professionals located anywhere in Latin America.

This role is tailored for natural hunters who thrive in outbound B2B environments, consistently hit revenue targets, and close deals through consultative selling.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years B2B sales (remote/outbound preferred).
• Hunter mentality with cold outreach & pipeline building.
• Strong consultative selling skills.
• Proven execution and quota attainment.
• Experience in BPO, staffing, or virtual assistant industry (preferred).
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Sales Management: Lead the complete sales funnel, including prospecting, lead qualification, discovery calls, solution presentations, and closing deals
• Outbound Lead Generation: Execute multi-channel daily cold outreach to connect with U.S. decision-makers
• Activity & KPI management: 60+ outbound calls/day or 2+ qualified discovery calls/day
• Consultative Selling: Conduct deep discovery meetings to identify client operational pain points and present BPO, staffing, or virtual assistant solutions
• Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain CRM data integrity, track outreach activities, and manage accurate revenue forecasts
• Internal Alignment: Work closely with Recruitment and HR teams to ensure seamless candidate placement and client satisfaction
