Valatam is seeking a proactive Account Manager to foster long-term client relationships, drive account expansion, and maintain high customer satisfaction. This 100% remote, full-time role reports to the Growth Director and focuses on high-touch, consultative growth within Latin America.

You will serve as the main contact for assigned accounts, managing service quality, addressing issues proactively, and identifying upselling opportunities across client seats.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in B2B Account Management, Client Success, or Client Relations.
• Fluent English & Spanish (C1-C2 level) required.
• Experience in BPO, nearshore staffing, or virtual assistant services preferred.

Responsabilités

• Client Relationship Management & Retention: Conduct regular client check-ins to monitor productivity and health.
• Account Expansion & Upselling: Identify growth opportunities and present qualified candidate profiles.
• Placement & Operational Coordination: Source, vet, and introduce candidates for client seats.
• Issue Resolution & Account Advocacy: Manage escalations and measure satisfaction.
• Client Advocacy & Brand Assets: Gather testimonials, referrals, and success stories for marketing.
• Feedback & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide updates to HR and Recruitment on candidate performance.
