Job summary

Valatam is seeking a high-performing Inside Sales Specialist / Outbound B2B Specialist to manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—with U.S.-based clients. This is a 100% remote, full-time position for experienced sales professionals in Latin America.

Ideal candidates are natural hunters who excel in cold outreach, hit quotas, and use consultative selling to present BPO, staffing, or virtual assistant solutions.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, remote/outbound preferred.
• Hunter mentality with cold outreach experience.
• Strong consultative selling skills.
• Proven ability to meet quotas and drive revenue.
• Experience in BPO, staffing, or virtual assistant industry preferred.
• Quiet home office with stable internet.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Execute multi-channel outbound lead generation (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
• Hit daily/weekly KPIs (e.g., 60+ outbound calls/day; 2+ discovery calls/day).
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points and present tailored solutions.
• Maintain CRM and revenue forecasting; manage pipeline.
• Collaborate with Recruitment/HR to align client needs with placements.
