Requirements include fluency in English and Spanish, 3–4 years in operations or project coordination, strong communication, and proficiency with PM tools like Asana, Notion, or Trello, plus Google Workspace and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience coordinating operations or projects for 3–4 years.
• Ability to follow structured processes and execute repetitive tasks accurately.
• Experience with project management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Document and improve processes and maintain records.
• Structure and organize Google Drive folders.
• Enter data and generate internal reports; flag inconsistencies.
• Manage client and vendor emails and draft responses.
• Research and synthesize findings into clear documents.
• Coordinate and track project tasks across cross-functional teams.
• Other related tasks as needed.
