GoLean Health in Valencia, Venezuela seeks a Patient Care Communications Specialist for high-volume calls, texts, scheduling, and reactivation outreach. You will be the voice of the practice, delivering a warm, calm, and professional experience across phone, text, email, and scheduling workflows.

Ideal candidates have excellent spoken English, strong written skills, and prior healthcare front desk experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English with clear neutral accent.
• Strong written communication for SMS, email and patient-facing messages.
• Prior experience in Virtual Medical Assistant, Medical Receptionist, Patient Communication Specialist, Front Desk Coordinator or similar healthcare support role.
• Comfortable handling high call volume in a fast-paced clinic.

Responsabilités

• Answer high-volume inbound patient calls professionally and promptly.
• Respond to texts, voicemails, emails, and fax messages in a timely and accurate manner.
• Schedule new patient appointments and collect intake information; manage existing appointments in MacPractice.
• Prioritize new inquiries and referrals before routine rescheduling.
