Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English with clear neutral accent.
• Strong written communication for SMS, email, patient messages.
• Prior experience as a Virtual Medical Assistant or similar healthcare support role.
• Comfortable handling high call volume in a fast-paced clinic.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound patient calls professionally and promptly.
• Respond to texts, voicemails, emails, and faxes in a timely manner.
• Schedule new patient appointments and manage intake information in MacPractice.
• Follow up with inactive patients and work toward conversion to appointments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and scheduling notes while protecting privacy.
