Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English with clear neutral accent and strong written communication.
• Experience as Virtual Medical Assistant or similar healthcare support role.
• Comfortable handling high call volume in a fast-paced clinic.
• Must own a Mac OS device (MacBook/iMac) and have reliable high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound patient calls professionally and promptly.
• Respond to patient texts, voicemails, emails, and faxes.
• Schedule, confirm, cancel, and reschedule appointments in MacPractice.
• Maintain accurate patient records and notes; protect privacy per HIPAA.
