Blue Draco Global Logistics is seeking a driven Sales Executive based in Caracas to expand our freight forwarding services across the U.S. and Latin America.

You will develop client relationships, close high-value deals, and leverage our warehouses and network to tailor solutions for diverse markets. Ideal candidates have international freight forwarding sales experience, a hunter mentality, and bilingual Spanish/English communication skills.

Formación

• Experience in international freight forwarding sales.
• Deep understanding of Latin American and U.S. trade.
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and acquire new clients across the U.S. and Latin America.
• Develop strategic partnerships with logistics companies looking for a trusted service provider in the U.S.
• Manage and grow key accounts, increasing revenue through upselling and long-term partnerships.
• Negotiate competitive rates with suppliers and customers, ensuring favorable and profitable terms.
• Evaluate and select top-tier carriers, guaranteeing service excellence and on-time deliveries.
• Collaborate with operations teams in Venezuela and the U.S. to ensure seamless service execution.
• Provide weekly reports on sales activity, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
