GoLean Health is seeking a compassionate, bilingual Scheduling & Intake Specialist for a remote, part-time role in personal injury practice. You will manage patient scheduling, handle pre-visit intake, and ensure lien-related documents are processed before visits.

The position requires fluent English/Spanish, healthcare background, and strong documentation skills. You will maintain warm, empathetic patient communication and support physician workflows.

Formación

• Fully fluent in English and Spanish.
• Healthcare background with experience gathering patient histories.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
• Excellent listening, interviewing, documentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate empathetically and follow through.
• Capable of independent work and escalation when needed.
• Able to work MT business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end patient scheduling and tracking.
• Send appointment reminders and confirmations via text or approved channels.
• Conduct intake calls 2–3 days before appointments and document histories.
• Send lien, Letter of Protection, consent and signature forms; ensure documents are signed.
• Monitor and respond to inbox communications; escalate to physician when needed.
• Provide clinical triage and escalate urgent concerns per protocol.
• Contribute to SOPs and provide backup coverage during high workload.
