Zusammenfassung

Her PLAN in the United States is seeking a Care Partner Coach to strengthen support for pregnant and parenting women and families. The role focuses on one-on-one coaching, case strategy, and professional development to improve client outcomes within a trauma-informed framework.

You will guide Care Partners through complex cases, help set meaningful goals, and support onboarding and ongoing training of new staff, while advancing Her PLAN’s mission and service quality.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in human services, Social Work, Psychology, Family Studies, Counseling, Sociology, Public Health, Nonprofit Management, or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience in case management, social services, pregnancy help, maternity housing, family support, or related human-services setting.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, training, or developing professionals is highly preferred.

• Provide one-on-one coaching focused on case strategy, professional growth, skill development, and client outcomes.
• Guide Care Partners through complex cases, identifying barriers, risks, and opportunities for intervention.
• Coach strategies that improve client engagement, follow-through, accountability, and goal achievement.
