Infallible Home Care LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide high-quality in-home care for clients across Michigan. You will assist with daily activities, monitor well-being, and uphold residents’ rights with empathy and respect.

Join our team to help clients stay healthy at home. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, along with a background check. Training is provided and flexible scheduling is available.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of professional caregiving experience with seniors.
• Ability to work independently.
• Demonstrates empathy, dignity and respect for vulnerable populations.
• Pass background check is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Provide long-term care and personal assistance.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and medication reminders.
• Use first aid knowledge and respect residents’ rights to ensure quality care.
• Drive to appointments or outings using a valid driver’s license.
• Show compassion and empathy while supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or Alzheimer's.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including meal preparation and light housekeeping.

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers to join our team and provide high-quality care to our clients. The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with clients of all ages.

Responsibilities:

• Provide long-term care and personal assistance.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and medication reminders.
• Utilize premium skills like first aid and knowledge of residents' rights to ensure quality care.
• Drive to appointments or outings as needed, utilizing a valid driver's license.
• Demonstrate compassion and empathy while supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or Alzheimer's.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks
  
  

Requirements:

• 1+ years of professional caregiving experience with seniors, MUST include previous employment history when applying
• Able to work Independently
• View/treat vulnerable population with empathy, dignity, and respect
• Pass background check
• Valid driver's license and ability to transport clients with clean driving record as well as proof of car insurance.
