Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate caregivers to work 1:1 with our recipients in Southeast Michigan. You will provide in-home support, encourage skill-building, and help clients engage with the community to achieve personal goals outside the home.

Flexible schedules, paid training, and weekly pay are offered. Ideal candidates are patient, dependable, and capable of following individualized care plans while maintaining strong communication with clients and family members.

Qualifications

• Must be compassionate, patient and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Must pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care in clients' homes, supporting and encouraging daily living skills.
• Help clients with skill-building activities and personal goals.
• Assist with community outings to extend growth beyond the home.
