InsuraTec is seeking motivated and coachable individuals to join our virtual team as Sales Representatives. Whether you’re new to the industry or already experienced, we’ll equip you with a 100% scripted sales process, warm leads, and a 33% close ratio from sat appointments—so you can focus on what matters most: closing deals and helping families.

Work with inbound, pre-qualified leads—no cold calling

Use our step-by-step script to present and sell life insurance and financial products virtually

Guide clients through their options and answer questions with professionalism and care

Submit electronic applications and maintain client info in CRM

Attend weekly team calls and skill-building sessions

Sales, customer service, or client-facing experience preferred

No license required to apply—we help you get licensed

Ability to follow a structured process and stay organized

Strong communication skills via phone and video

Drive to succeed in a performance-based role

Remote-first role with full schedule flexibility

Warm, inbound leads—zero cold calling or door-to-door

Commission-only pay with monthly bonus potential

Average full-time earnings: $75,000–$120,000+ annually
