Job summary

Mosaic is seeking a Behavior Specialist/BCBA to guide individuals and caregivers using behavior-analytic strategies. You will lead assessments, design and implement support plans, analyze data, and coach caregivers—from homes to day programs—within a collaborative team.

The role emphasizes hands-on client work (approximately 68% of the day), supervision, and ongoing professional development. A flexible schedule and experienced supervision are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field.
• CPR and first aid certification required, as is a valid state driver’s license.
• One year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Experience in designing and implementing positive behavior programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessments and design personalized behavior support plans.
• Train caregivers to implement positive strategies.
• Monitor progress using data and regular visits.
• Collaborate with clinical supervisor and team to support clients.
