Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Experience with behavior-analytic strategies and data-driven progress monitoring is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessments and develop personalized behavior support plans.
• Train caregivers to implement positive behavior strategies.
• Monitor progress using data, regular visits, and adjust goals as needed.
