A national chicken restaurant chain in Washington is seeking a Divisional Leader of Training. The role involves overseeing training standards execution across restaurants, while developing training strategies and leading a team of Regional Leaders. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience in training management and possess a relevant bachelor's degree. The position offers a starting salary of $180,000 - $210,000 annually plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

The Divisional Leader of Training (DLT) supervises a team of Regional Leaders of Training responsible for executing Raising Cane’s training standards across all restaurants in the division. The DLT partners with the Divisional Leader of Restaurants to provide insights on training performance and to troubleshoot opportunities to ensure training execution drives operational performance. While remaining restaurant-focused, this leader acts as both an ambassador for Raising Cane’s culture and a training expert for field-based support teams.

Starting from $180,000 - $210,000 annually plus incentive
The physical work environment includes working in a fast-paced kitchen environment with extended periods of physical exertion (walking, standing, lifting, bending) and interaction with customers. It also includes both inside and outside work in varied temperatures, working with and around food products, common allergens, industrial equipment, and cleaning products requiring personal protective equipment. The responsibilities may require physical activities to complete the job.
