Responsibilities
  • Respond to information requests via email, phone, and project inquiries
  • Manage incoming communications, including mail and information requests
  • Prepare and research invoices for approval related to language access and project expenditures

  • Assist operational managers with daily operations and improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Two years of secretarial or basic administrative support experience, or an associate degree in general office occupations with one year of relevant experience
  • Experience with Adobe WorkFront, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and Microsoft 365 applications preferred
  • Ability to manage tasks in high-energy environments, both in-person and remotely
  • Experience with balancing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
  • Knowledge of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Digital Accessibility rules and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with managing tasks in high-energy environments
  • Ability to work independently under general supervision
  • Familiarity with translating broad project goals into actionable tasks
  • Strong communication skills with government staff and agency partners
