Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Zscaler Service Owner - Associate Director to lead STS Network Security Technology. You will own the service strategy, roadmap, onboarding, and operational readiness for Zscaler capabilities across EY's global security program.

This is a senior leadership role requiring deep cybersecurity expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and strong governance to drive secure, scalable cloud access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 18+ years in cybersecurity or enterprise security
• 8+ years with Zscaler platforms (ZPA, ZIA, Zscaler Deception)
• Experience leading enterprise security services delivery and strategy
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing service financials, vendor relationships, and governance

Responsibilities

• Define service vision, scope, outcomes, and lifecycle for each Zscaler capability within Network Security
• Translate platform objectives into offerings, service tiers, journeys and measurable outcomes
• Own service acceptance criteria and ensure readiness, controls and ownership before production
• Lead governance, adoption, and continuous improvement across the Zscaler portfolio
• Coordinate readiness across architecture, engineering, operations and support teams
