EY in the United States seeks a Zscaler Service Owner - Associate Director to lead Zscaler services within Network Security. This role is accountable for strategy, roadmaps, governance and delivering governed, measurable enterprise services across ZPA, ZIA, Zscaler Cloud Gateway and related capabilities.

The role partners across Architecture, Engineering, Operations, Cloud Technology, Identity, Data Protection and Governance to transition capabilities into sustainable, globally managed services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 18+ years in cybersecurity or network security.
• Experience owning enterprise security or network services at scale.
• Strong English communication and executive stakeholder management.
• Deep experience with Zscaler services in scope (ZPA, ZIA, Zscaler Deception).

Responsabilités

• Define service vision, scope, outcomes and lifecycle for Zscaler platform capabilities.
• Own service strategy, roadmaps, governance and performance metrics.
• Coordinate service delivery with identity, data protection, monitoring and incident response.
• Lead global service team and drive adoption, operational readiness and evidence-based improvements.
• Partner with architecture, engineering, operations and vendors to ensure sustainable services.
