Job summary

EY is seeking a Zscaler Service Owner to lead STS Network Security Technology, owning Zscaler platform capabilities (ZPA, ZIA, Cloud Gateway) and driving service strategy, adoption and governance across a global enterprise. This senior role requires deep cybersecurity expertise and strong executive leadership to convert platform investments into measurable services.

You will partner with Architecture, Engineering, Operations, Cloud Technology, Identity and Data Protection to drive readiness,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field and extensive security leadership experience.
• Experience owning enterprise security services and driving program outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of Zscaler platforms (ZPA, ZIA) and Azure Zero Trust.

Responsibilities

• Define the service vision, scope and lifecycle for Zscaler platform capabilities.
• Translate platform objectives into clear service offerings, tiers and journeys.
• Own acceptance criteria and ensure operational readiness and governance.
• Lead adoption, metrics, and continuous improvement across the portfolio.
