Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is hiring a Zone Lead in a full-time role in a warehouse-format store. You will support visual merchandising, oversee zone transitions, and maintain standards to drive sales and guest engagement.

The role requires lifting, moving stock, and guiding team members while upholding safety, ethics, and compliance. Availability nights and weekends is required for this position.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs. as well as to move merchandise around the warehouse-format store routinely.
• Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time.
• Personal integrity and teamwork focused on safety and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead visual merchandising transitions and resets to maintain standards.
• Schedule daily/weekly tasks to meet sales goals and guest engagement targets.
• Assist in freight processes and stock placement in designated areas.
• Maintain neat, clean zones with current signing and visual sets.
• Support customer experience, safety, and loss prevention efforts.
• Act as a role model and coach for visual merchandising best practices.
• Communicate visual priorities and training to team members.
• Monitor store data and expenses to improve zone metrics.
