Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking a Zone Lead (Full-Time) to drive in-store visual merchandising across designated zones and uphold company standards that boost sales. You will guide team members, manage transitions, and ensure signage, sets, and end-caps reflect seasonal promotions.

The role requires lifting, moving, and stocking in a warehouse-format store, with open availability for nights and weekends, and a commitment to safety and ethical conduct.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs. as well as to move merchandise around the warehouse-format store routinely.
• Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.
• Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to bend, climb, and reach at times. The ability to work effectively independently and within a team.
• Strong attention to detail, e.g., standards, processes, marketing, etc.
• Reliable and trustworthy role model for ethical and honest behavior.

Responsibilities

• The ZL supports all aspects of the visual merchandising processes for the store by planning, in conjunction with the Zone Manager, and leading the transitions, reinventions, product assortment changes, and resets while maintaining visual integrity.
• Plans/executing the daily/weekly workload and assigned tasks to deliver on visual merchandising, department and store sales goals, guest engagement.
• Participates in all freight processes for incoming freight and/or transitions.
• Processes freight sorts, stocks product in designated areas, including down stocking and end cap maintenance.
• Supports the store team in customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, loss prevention expense control, and customer experience.
• Serves as a role model and coach in visual merchandising; provides learning opportunities.
• Leverages daily interactions to communicate/train visual priorities and creation of visual moments.
• Reviews store financials and acts to improve metrics within assigned zones.
• Maintains a neat, clean, organized zone with up-to-date signing and sets.
• All other duties assigned based on business needs.
