Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking a Zone Lead for full-time duty, reporting to the Assistant Store Manager. The Zone Lead will support visual merchandising in designated zones, ensuring signs, fixtures, and endcaps align with company standards to drive sales and guest engagement.

You will lead daily tasks, manage freight processes, stock zones, and coach team members on visual priorities while upholding safety and ethics. Open availability for nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs. as well as to move merchandise around the warehouse-format store routinely.
• Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time.
• Flexible and creative with an ability to handle multiple tasks where priorities shift with the demands of the business.
• Strong attention to detail and ethical behavior.

Responsibilities

• Support visual merchandising processes and maintain standards.
• Plan and lead the daily/weekly workload for visual merchandising and store goals.
• Participate in freight processes and stock maintenance.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized zones with current signing and sets.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction, inventory control, safety, and loss prevention.
• Serve as a role model and coach for visual merchandising.
• Communicate visual priorities and drive in-store promotions.
• Review store data and act to improve sales metrics within zones.
• Open availability including nights and weekends.
