Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move merchandise in a warehouse-format store.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Supports visual merchandising by planning and executing zone transitions and resets.
• Manages daily/weekly workloads to meet visual and sales goals.
• Handles freight processing, stocking, and end-cap maintenance.
• Maintains a neat, clean zone and reinforces signing standards.
• Serves as a role model and coach for visual merchandising and safety.
• Participates in meetings and supports guest experience and loss prevention.
• Open availability including nights and weekends.
