Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide a store zone’s merchandising and customer service efforts on the sales floor.

You will lead a team that focuses on displaying, pricing, replenishment, and adherence to store standards to drive a strong customer experience. The role requires supervising 1–2 years in a retail setting, a high school diploma, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Execute established procedures for the assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet all operational expectations.
• Oversee process to ensure merchandise is planned for and received, and the sales floor is properly stocked.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for unload/processing of merchandise to the sales floor while driving associate productivity, daily task assignment, and customer service standards.
• Supervise associates within the assigned zone and communicate directives to ensure follow-up is completed.
• Perform all Team Leader functions to open and close the store when needed and handle additional responsibilities.
