Shifts are 6 am–2 pm and 2 pm–9 pm. Starting pay is $20.99/hour. You will train, supervise, and evaluate crew members, interact with clients, and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years janitorial/maintenance experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Ability to lead crews and coordinate staffing across shifts.
• Strong communication with team and clients; basic safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead site crews and perform scheduled work with teams.
• Interact with clients to provide professional customer service.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise crew leads and members.
• Schedule staffing to ensure appropriate coverage and safety.
• Conduct quality control inspections and audits.
• Document issues and coordinate with management on corrective actions.
• Maintain inventory and ensure building safety and cleanliness standards.
