We offer starting pay of $21.00 per hour, plus benefits for full-time employees. The role requires 3+ years in janitorial/building maintenance with at least 2 years in a supervisory position, and strong training and staffing skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years janitorial/building maintenance experience with at least 2 years supervisory/lead experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team and customers.
• English speaking (Spanish bilingual helpful) and ability to train others.
• Understand staffing processes and performance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead site crews and perform scheduled work with crews.
• Interact with the client to provide professional and prompt customer service.
• Recruit and staff employees with manager assistance.
• Train, motivate, and supervise site/store leads and crew members.
• Coordinate crew scheduling to ensure adequate staffing.
• Perform quality control inspections and audits.
• Report safety, maintenance, and equipment issues to management.
