Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Zone Supervisor to lead site crews, ensure cleaning standards, and coordinate with clients for quality service.

The full-time role requires 3+ years in janitorial/building maintenance with supervisory experience, strong English communication, and ability to train staff. Eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 3 or more years janitorial/building maintenance or related experience with minimum of 2 years prior supervisory/lead experience preferred
• Basic understanding of staffing processes and performance programs
• Ability to communicate effectively with team and customer(s)
• Training skills (ability to provide clear and effective training on basic processes and safety)
• Ability to manage change and use good judgement in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate (speak and write) in English (and where needed bilingual in Spanish and English)

Responsibilities

• Lead site crews and performs scheduled work alongside crews
• Interact with the client to provide professional and prompt customer service
• Assist manager to recruit and staff employees
• Assist manager to train, motivate, and supervise site/store leads and crew members
• Assist manager with the coordination of crew members scheduling to ensure appropriate staffing
• Perform quality control inspections and performance audits
• Monitor crew members task completion to ensure cleanliness standards are met
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager
