Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a Zone Supervisor to lead cleaning crews and ensure high-quality janitorial service at client sites in the Atlanta area. The role emphasizes supervision, staffing, and safety compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The Zone Supervisor will coordinate schedules, conduct training, and maintain strong client relations while upholding KBS standards. Full-time employment includes benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years janitorial/building maintenance or related experience with minimum 2 years supervisory/lead experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of staffing processes and performance programs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team and customer(s).

Responsibilities

• Lead site crews and perform scheduled work alongside crews.
• Interact with the client to provide professional and prompt customer service.
• Assist manager to recruit and staff employees.
• Assist manager to train, motivate, and supervise site/store leads and crew members.
• Assist manager with schedule coordination to ensure staffing.
• Perform quality control inspections and audits.
