Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a Zone Supervisor in Fort Worth, TX for a full-time, permanent role. You will lead site crews, coordinate with clients, recruit and train staff, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met, contributing to a fast-paced, quality-focused workplace.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory experience in janitorial or building maintenance, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage staffing in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years janitorial/building maintenance with lead experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team and client.
• Experience coordinating staffing and scheduling in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead site crews and perform scheduled work alongside crews.
• Interact with the client to provide professional and prompt customer service.
• Recruit, staff, train, motivate, and supervise site leads and crews.
• Coordinate crew scheduling to ensure appropriate staffing.
• Perform quality control inspections and audits.
• Monitor task completion to meet cleanliness standards.
• Document performance and initiate corrective action with management oversight.
• Maintain safety and security of the building and inventory.
