Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC (KBS) has immediate full-time, permanent openings for a Janitorial Site Supervisor in Skokie, IL. The role requires leading a janitorial team, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Starting pay is $15.40 per hour with shifts from 6 am to 2 pm. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, short/long-term disability, life insurance, and more. KBS provides accommodations as required by law.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a lead/supervisory role.
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to motivate team members and support customer requests in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in a complex task-oriented janitorial operation environment.
• Provide direct support to the Maintenance Operations Center Team and KBS Field Operations Team; respond to escalations.
• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, breakrooms and other areas as needed.
• Follow Janitorial Supervisor Task Process Flowchart.
• Manage callouts by working or splitting shifts with team and shift lead to cover operations daily schedules.
• Provide timely escalation reporting to KBS Management Team.
