Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC is hiring a Zone Supervisor for full-time, permanent employment. The role involves leading site crews, coordinating staffing, and ensuring safety and quality across client sites.

You will interact with clients, recruit and train staff, and oversee daily operations to maintain clean, safe facilities. Starting pay is competitive at $20.50 per hour with shifts from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in janitorial/building maintenance or related field with supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to recruit, staff, and train employees.
• Clear communication with team and client required.
• Training skills to convey basic processes and safety.
• Capable of scheduling and staffing in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic safety and cleanliness standards knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead site crews and perform scheduled work alongside crews.
• Interact with the client to provide professional, prompt service.
• Assist manager to recruit, staff, train, and supervise leads and crew members.
• Coordinate crew scheduling to ensure appropriate staffing.
• Perform quality control inspections and audits.
• Document safety/security, maintenance issues, and equipment status.
