Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a full-time Janitorial Site Supervisor in Skokie, IL. Starting pay is $15.40 per hour to oversee daily cleaning operations and lead a team to maintain safe, clean facilities.

The role requires OSHA safety adherence, teamwork with Maintenance Operations Center and Field Operations, and use of the KBSPresence timekeeping app. Benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.
• Customer Service oriented, friendly, and positive demeanor.
• KBSPresence app used for timekeeping and communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in a complex task oriented janitorial operation environment.
• Respond to escalations for Maintenance Operations Center and Field Operations Team.
• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, and offices as needed.
• Follow Janitorial Supervisor Task Process Flowchart.
• Coordinate callouts and shift coverage with team and shift lead.
• Provide timely escalation reporting to KBS Management.
