Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide merchandising and customer service for a store zone. You will supervise a passionate team, drive store standards, and ensure effective floor replenishment and displays.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer, plus schedule flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Execute established procedures for the assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet all operational expectations.
• Oversee the process to ensure merchandise is planned for and received, and that the sales floor is properly stocked.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for unload/processing of merchandise to the sales floor while driving associate productivity and customer service standards.
• Supervise associates within the assigned zone, communicate company directives to ensure follow-up is completed.
• Perform all Team Leader functions to open and close the store when needed and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
