Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide a zone of the sales floor, driving merchandising and customer experience. You will oversee a passionate team focused on displays, replenishment, and service excellence.

The role emphasizes scheduling, staffing, and adherence to company standards while leading a team to open/close shifts and execute daily tasks with grit and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Execute procedures for the assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations.
• Oversee merchandise planning and receiving, ensuring proper stock on the sales floor.
• Schedule and staff to support unload/processing and drive associate productivity and customer service.
• Supervise associates within the zone and communicate directives to ensure follow-up.
• Perform Team Leader duties to open/close the store and handle additional duties as assigned.
