Responsibilities

Execute procedures for the assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, and pricing.
Ensure store standards, compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes and programs meet expectations.
Oversee merchandise planning, receiving, and stocking the sales floor.
Schedule and staff for unload/processing, drive productivity and customer service standards.
Supervise associates, communicate directives, ensure follow-up.
Perform Team Leader tasks to open/close the store as needed.
