Siemens Healthineers in the United States is seeking a Zone Operations Lead to oversee end-to-end planning for field resources, develop training programs, and manage daily workload with workforce management.

The role requires 2–5 years in a customer-facing environment, strong Excel skills, data analytics familiarity, and excellent communication; preferred leadership and change-management experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a customer related role in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel is a MUST.
• Some Data Analytics knowledge.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the E2E planning for the allocation and deployment of field resources in a highly dynamic environment.
• Develops and delivers training and education programs aimed at increasing the skill set of the Customer Service Coordinators, provides quality & process assurance oversight
• Performs CCC-Ops functions as staffing warrants and/or redistributing team daily workload based on staffing and volume in conjunction with Workforce Management.
• Ability to understand the situational leadership model and apply appropriately.
• Ability to proxy for managers in business processes and RSM interactions.
