Job summary

Paradies Lagardère in Indianapolis is seeking a Zone Manager to execute the company’s Mission Statement, lead staff across zones, and supervise operations within the shops. You will provide First Class Service to customers, partners, and peers, and ensure consistent standards in merchandising and store operations.

The role requires training others, directing staffing, and driving sales through events and promotions.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalency required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively in English.
Strong interpersonal/organizational skills with ability to motivate others.

Responsibilities

Exceed First Class Service standards with every customer, partner, and peer.
Perform register/cash handling and loss prevention per SOPs.
Facilitate opening and closing procedures for stores.
Direct replenishment and maintain stockroom organization and receiving procedures.
Ensure store merchandising standards are consistently executed.
Coordinate staffing levels to maximize sales and service potential.
Achieve sales goals by following performance metrics and promotions.
Direct, coach, and train associates in daily tasks.
Represent the company and build relationships within the airport community.
Provide feedback on associate reviews and counseling.
