Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is seeking a Zone Manager – Retail in Madison to lead store operations and drive sales while delivering First Class Service. You will supervise shifts as Manager on Duty, coach associates, and ensure merchandising, stock, and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities include coaching, training, inventory participation, and collaboration with the General Manager to optimize store performance and customer experience at the location.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a retail or service environment.
• Ability to coach and train associates to meet standards.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Model company service standards and resolve escalated inquiries.
• Train associates in register operations and loss prevention procedures.
• Open and close stores and manage daily store readiness.
• Direct replenishment, stockroom organization, and receiving functions.
• Ensure merchandising standards are executed per guidelines.
• Coordinate resources to maximize sales and service potential.
• Resolve basic IT/register issues and escalate as needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment and report injuries promptly.
• Support inventories and participate in counts.
• Lead as Manager on Duty and coach team during shifts.
