Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is seeking a Zone Manager – Retail to lead sales, service, and operations within an assigned location. The role requires coaching teams, executing merchandising standards, and supervising shifts to ensure First Class Service for customers and partners.

The Zone Manager will direct store opening/closing, stock replenishment, and inventory processes while driving sales through promotions and events. This full-time, on-site role reports to Retail leadership.

Responsibilities

• Model Company Service standards and behaviors with every customer; resolve escalated inquiries per policies.
• Train and perform all register/cash handling/Loss Prevention functions per SOPs.
• Facilitate opening and closing of stores.
• Direct replenishment of merchandise; maintain stockroom organization and receiving functions.
• Ensure store merchandising standards align with company guidelines.
• Coordinate, monitor and align team resources to maximize sales and service potential.
• Resolve basic IT/register issues and escalate as necessary.
• Ensure a safe working environment; report injuries and concerns promptly.
• Prepare for and participate in inventories; verify high-risk counts.
• Achieve sales goals by adhering to performance metrics and executing promotions.
