Paradies Lagardère is seeking a Retail Zone Manager to oversee performance, operations, and profitability across multiple stores within a designated geographic zone. You will lead Store Managers, drive sales growth, and uphold brand standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will partner with corporate and field leadership to achieve business objectives, train and mentor staff, and ensure consistent in-store execution across locations.

Qualifications

• Customer-first mindset across internal and external interactions.
• Willingness to lead, train, and mentor sales associates per company standards.
• Able to work weekends/holidays in a 7/365 team environment.
• Pass background checks as required.
