Job summary

Paradies Lagardère in the United States, New York area, is seeking a Zone Manager to partner with the General Manager in operating store(s). You will lead, train, coach, and mentor associates to deliver first-class customer service and execute in-store standards.

The role requires a customer-first mindset, ability to train others on the job, and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to train and guide sales associates on the job.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to pass Federal Criminal History Record Check and Paradies Lagardère Background Check.
• Proficiency with POS and computer tasks; ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead store teams to deliver first-class customer service and in-store execution.
• Coach and mentor associates to uphold company standards.
• Partner with General Manager to operate store(s) effectively.
