Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Model company service standards with every customer and resolve inquiries.
• Train and perform register/cash handling and loss prevention tasks.
• Open/close stores and manage replenishment and stockroom organization.
• Ensure merchandising standards are applied and inventories are prepared.
• Coordinate team resources to maximize sales and service potential.
• Address basic IT/register issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain safe working environment and report injuries or concerns.
• Contribute to associate reviews and participate in counseling as needed.
• Communicate daily with the team to drive business opportunities.
