Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is seeking a Zone Manager to partner with the Assistant Manager or General Manager in operating stores, delivering first-class customer service and in-store execution.

You will lead and coach a team, ensuring scheduling, merchandising standards, and compliance while maintaining a safe and engaging work environment. You’ll train staff, manage performance, and strive for operational excellence daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team oriented environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and mathematics.
• Ability to pass background checks and applicable DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Put the customer first at all times (internal and external).
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to sales associates in line with company practices.
• Foster an excellent employee experience and promote engagement.
• Maintain relationships with fellow associates and ensure performance standards.
• Manage store schedules, payroll processes and payroll accuracy where applicable.
• Ensure store appearance adheres to merchandising guidelines and housekeeping standards.
• Open and close store as Key Holder when required.
• Address customer issues, escalate appropriately and document actions.
