Job summary

AXA XL, a leading insurance and risk solutions provider, seeks a strategic leader to manage broker and MGA distribution, strengthen relationships, and drive growth in the US market. You will shape zonal plans, coordinate across underwriting and leadership, and represent AXA XL at industry events while guiding cross‑unit collaboration to expand market access.

A bachelor's degree and proven broker management experience in insurance are required; an advanced degree is preferred.

• Proven experience with broker management and distribution, ideally in insurance.
• Advanced degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute zonal distribution strategies aligned with company goals.
• Build and nurture broker and MGA portfolios and engagements.
• Lead broker and MGA representation as primary zonal interface.
• Manage pipeline of new broker/MGA business and coordinate due diligence.
• Translate market insights into portfolio positioning and appetite refinement.
