Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Proven experience with broker management and distribution, preferably in insurance

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute zonal distribution strategies aligned with company goals
• Maintain deep understanding of products and appetite to engage broker and MGA portfolios
• Leverage broker and MGA relationships to influence opportunity access
• Coordinate across business units for broker plans and cross-sale opportunities
• Represent the company at zonal events and act as primary broker/MGA liaison
• Own broker submission volume and MGA opportunity pipelines and report metrics
• Coordinate underwriting engagement with MGA prospects through due-diligence
• Translate market intelligence into actionable recommendations for portfolio positioning
