AXA XL is seeking a Wholesale Distribution Zone Leader in Atlanta to drive zonal distribution strategy and engage brokers and MGAs. You will lead cross-functional collaboration, monitor pipelines, and ensure alignment with company goals while representing AXA XL at industry events.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and proven broker management experience in the insurance space, with strong leadership and negotiation skills to influence outcomes across matrix teams.

• Proven experience with broker management and distribution, preferably in insurance.
