AXA XL is seeking a strategic leader to drive zonal distribution strategies, cultivate broker and MGA relationships, and oversee pipeline performance for growth across lines of business. You will work directly with senior leadership to align distribution plans with company objectives and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes relationship management, market intelligence, and cross‑functional collaboration within a matrix organization, reporting to the Head of Broker Management- Wholesale.

Qualificações

• Bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience with broker management and distribution, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute zonal distribution strategies aligned with company goals.
• Build and maintain broker and MGA relationships to promote market access and growth.
• Oversee pipeline metrics: new business, due diligence, and cross-sale opportunities.
• Translate market intelligence into portfolio positioning and appetite recommendations.
