Job summary

Otte Polo Group is seeking a Zoho CRM & Analytics Specialist to optimize Zoho One and integrated apps. You will drive CRM admin, BI, reporting architecture, and automation to empower leadership with real-time insights.

Partnering with Operations, Sales, Finance, and IT, you’ll design scalable reporting, improve data quality, and implement cross‑functional automation across Zoho products, ensuring strategic visibility and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years administering Zoho CRM and/or Zoho One.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the internal Zoho expert for Zoho One and integrated applications.
• Design scalable executive dashboards and operational reports across CRM, FSM, Billing, Analytics.
• Maintain centralized reporting data model and ensure data quality.
• Develop automation using Deluge scripting and scheduled workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Customer Service, and Leadership to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide training, SOPs, and documentation for Zoho processes.
