Job summary

Glass Roots Construction (GRC) seeks a skilled Zoho Platform & Applications Architect to drive operational excellence, connect workflows, and build our enterprise apps ecosystem. Lead development of CRM/Projects within Zoho One, automate data pipelines, and create scalable reporting for growing fiber optic infrastructure projects.

You will replace aging forms, consolidate workflows, and connect disparate systems, collaborating with operations, finance, HR, and leadership.

Qualifications

3+ years building and administering business applications on the Zoho platform with Deluge scripting.
Proficiency in Zoho CRM and Projects; hands-on in Creator, Analytics, DataPrep, Desk.
Experience building REST/JSON API integrations between Zoho and third-party systems.
Data transformation and ETL work in Zoho DataPrep or similar tools.
Clear technical documentation and diagrams; strong communication skills.
Ability to work in U.S. Mountain and Pacific time zones.

Responsibilities

Architect, develop, and maintain Zoho One apps and workflows focusing on CRM and Projects.
Build integrations, webhooks, and connectors between internal systems and third parties.
Use Zoho DataPrep and Analytics to cleanse and route data for reporting.
Identify and automate manual processes across departments for efficiency.
Configure Zoho Projects and Zoho Desk to track deliverables and tickets.
Gather requirements and translate into scalable technical implementations.
Troubleshoot, fix bugs, and document system architectures and APIs.
